Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through onexengineering.com.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business, limited inventory, and small-batch fulfillment, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, sizing issues, preference changes, shipping delays, or buyer’s remorse.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly and may be submitted to our fulfillment and payment systems immediately after checkout.

We do not guarantee the ability to cancel an order once it has been placed. Cancellation requests are handled on a best-effort basis only.

An order may be eligible for cancellation only if it has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation is approved at our sole discretion:

• Any payment processing fees may be non-refundable

• Refunds, if issued, will be returned to the original payment method

• Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days

Orders that have already shipped, been prepared for shipment, or marked as completed in our payment system are not eligible for cancellation.

Exceptions for Defective or Incorrect Items

We will replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• Proof of purchase is required

• Photo documentation may be requested

If approved, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.

Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly so we can correct the issue. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Chargebacks & Abuse

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution may result in denial of future service. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that conflict with this policy and our Terms of Service.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the effective date.
