OneX Engineering (also referred to as "1x Engineering", "we", "us", or "our") is a software-focused organization that funds development through the sale of sustainably sourced, Japanese-imported clothing and related products.

We sell physical clothing and related merchandise imported from Japan. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time.
All purchases are made via guest checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Payments are processed by Square using supported payment methods. We do not store full payment card information.
We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping costs and promotions are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to carrier or external factors beyond our control.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

A portion of completed sales revenue is donated to charitable organizations. Donation figures displayed on the Service are estimates and may be adjusted for refunds or cancellations.
